Make-A-Wish® Arizona announces Art of Wishes: Wish Ball 2025
SCOTTSDALE, AZ – Make-A-Wish Arizona is thrilled to announce the 2025 Make-A-Wish Arizona Wish Ball, presented by Phusion Projects, will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa.
In honor of Make-A-Wish Arizona's 45th anniversary, this year's Wish Ball will feature the theme "Art of Wishes," celebrating the artistry behind granting wishes and recognizing the remarkable achievements of the organization over the past four decades.
“The Art of Wishes theme was chosen as a beautiful parallel of the wish experience,” said Fran Mallace, Make-A-Wish Arizona President and CEO. “Like a work of art, each child’s wish is unique and comes from their imagination, and like an artist, each child creates a personal masterpiece in the form of a wish.”
The gala will be co-chaired by Chrissy Butz, Keli Nichols, Teri Pierce and returning chair and board member, Dena Zell. This event, dedicated to supporting Make-A-Wish Arizona’s mission of granting wishes for children with critical illnesses, offers more than 900 attendees the chance to meet wish kids and hear their inspiring stories of hope and joy.
Featuring a live auction, silent auction and Fund-A-Wish opportunity, the event typically raises more than $3 million toward future wishes. With the average cost of a wish approximately $10,000, all funds can help the chapter reach wish kids and their families when they need hope most.
In the past fiscal year, Make-A-Wish Arizona granted a record-breaking 462 wishes, the highest in the founding chapter's history. This year, the goal is to grant 475 wishes, and with the with the support of the community, sponsors, and attendees, we are confident in our ability to surpass this goal and bring joy to even more deserving wish kids.
